The development process is cyclic and in this first module of your program, you learn about the different stages a business goes through and identify where your business currently sits in the development cycle.

Why You Need to Learn This:

Understanding where you are right now in your business development cycle is a powerful means to drive you forward toward your goals. It’s impossible to reach your goals if you don’t know what those goals look like and where you currently stand.
